Nawabzada Kamran Hussain Mughal originally belongs to the Royal Family of Hyderabad Deccan State descended and settled in Shikarpur, Sindh, one and half century ago. He can use the titles of Umad-ul-Mulk, Nizam-ul-Mulk, Feroz Jang and Ameer-ul-Umrah according to family inheritance.

As he belongs to the Royal Family of a State with a very good family background, he would like to continue the old traditions of his family. Since 1981 he corresponds with the Heads of the States on all the occasions of happiness and they very magnanimously reciprocated his wishes. He calls on them whenever he gets opportunity during his visit abroad or during their visit to Pakistan.
